Radagast, Necromancer, Dol Gulor, Azog history, Smaug attack on Dale and Erabor are included and all the sequences are heavily edited to keep the focus on Bilbo. That's a movie I would like to see. Hey just wanted to let you know for the dvd release, that there is a moment during Bard and Thorins confrontation in Lake town that Thorin begins a sentence, but then is immediately cut away. Durin's Folk is currently under construction, lol. Durin's Folk, the Longbeards, Dwarves of the Iron Hills and Erebor, are master craftsmen and miners. However, that being said, I have taken the color correction criticisms seriously and adjusted them for the DVD/Bluray release. - Maybe this is just because a rough edit, or maybe it's because you only have the footage PJ put in his films to work with, but some of the transitions between scenes are very abrupt. It plays during the scene where Radagast goes to and investigates Dol Guldur . I also decided to exclude the broken bridge scene in Mirkwood as it provided no significant purpose. For example, Galadrial's characterization in Hobbit completely ruins the suspense of her introduction in LOTR (powerful and mysterious). There will be two ISO files...one for each disc. The orc armies overwhelm everyone and Thorin takes the goat chariot to Ravenhill killing orcs and wargs (no trolls) on the way. I really like Gandalf's attempt to explain his reasoning for choosing Bilbo. I collected as much feedback as I could from viewers back in April when I released a first cut, and this final cut is the result of that feedback and my own personal preferences for the film. J.R.R. But here, when they are in the right order, I can see how well they are shot and acted, I also can appreciate how beautifully designed Dol Guldur is. Still, Durin's Folk and the Hill of Sorcery is well put together, and definitely worth the watch. - Would the scene between Azog and the Necromancer work in your version, do you think? It will serve as a companion piece to my main fanedit, J.R.R. Durin's House was the Longbeards, and his people were named Durin's Folk. Some of the scene transitions are a little abrupt but there's not much I could do about that. Instead of dish cleaning song, Gandalf tells Bilbo about the story of Smaug's attack on Erabor and ends with the characterization of Thorin. Awesome work on this. Keep it up, your work is very nice! And the final battle with the White Council is so unbelievably corny, it's more like something out of anime than a Tolkien story, but again there's probably nothing to be done about it, and I guess the film needs the battle as a climax of some sorts. There's nothing quite like this, it feels like someone has tried to make a film out of one of Tolkien's letters or unfinished stories, and it's quite brilliant in it's own very unique way. That scene in which Smaug's head emerges from the treasure is the perfect way to end this film, because it's a segway into the main movie. This film focuses on… The kings were all descended from Durin the Deathless of the First Age; in fact, five of the kings after Durin I were held to be reincarnations of him by the Dwarves.No complete list of all kings is known. I did notice many complains about the color-correction, but I felt it was appropriate to make it consistent with LOTR. The History of Durin’s Folk The largest Dwarvish House was that founded by Durin the Deathless, who also founded Khazad-dûm. I would be very interested if you were to upload it. Actor. The clan of the Longbeards. If they had decided to make two instead of three Hobbit films, Peter Jackson could've released these extra scenes on the internet in between the two films. For example, in the film the dwarves confront the trolls, survive stone giants, battle hundreds of goblins/orcs/wargs/trolls, confront Smaug and most ridiculously, 13 dwarves joining the fight somehow changes the course of the battle. Dwarves of Durin’s line could be discerned by their beard: it was remarkably long and divided into two ‘tails’ that were tucked beneath the belt. Similarly, Gandalf's attitude towards Saruman and Saruman's characterization in Hobbit doesnt match with why Gandalf sought Saruman's advice in LOTR. Tolkein's dwarves are not the bravest (except Thorin) but PJ's interpretation makes them into indestructible figures. Thorin takes advantage of this distraction to sink Azog who jumps out and they stab each other. The plan is to edit three mediocre films into one (hopefully) excellent film.
